His theatrical looks make him stand out at any Gala event. Furthermore, his statements have always a deeper meaning than the facade.
The singer, POSE star and Tony Award-winning actor took the blue carpet at the Critics’ Choice Awards in Santa Monica California, dressed in a superb jumpsuit signed Hogan McLaughlin. The color was everything though! Minty green, strapless and accessorize with bold silver cuff jewelry on his wrists. However, the ”cherry on top” was displayed on Billy’s chest and arms: Butterflies. Literally hand-painted butterflies transformed his outfit into a divine and unique look, with a deeper meaning:
“Billy’s intention [was] to embrace freedom,” explained the stylist behind it, Anna Bernabe. “Butterflies represent a personal metamorphosis. The multiple butterflies [all over his body symbolize] the numerous transformations and rebirths one goes through during a lifetime.”
